WHO WE ARE

Adroit Consult International is a multi-sectoral consulting firm based in Kampala, Uganda providing the highest level of Consulting Services and Research. Incorporated in Uganda in 2007, we have provided these services to Governments, Non-Government Organizations, Private Sector Entities and Civil Society Organizations both Local and International. Adroit is an English word which means being skillful at whatever one does. This is the hallmark of our capacity in as far as the robust and experienced consultancy team; as well as interpreting; understanding and implementing projects are concerned.

Our firm was motivated by evidence of prevailing vast and complex technical needs among government and private sector institutions especially in specialized research, M&E and institutional capacity building. To meet this demand, we have a staff complement that blends young graduates with experienced consultants. This has enabled us to bring innovation, quality, professionalism & precision in the work we do.

As developing countries like Uganda move from poverty reduction to economic development, we identified a shift in consulting needs and gaps that are not being adequately met in the professional arena. We have therefore positioned ourselves to meet this dynamic technical dispensation. The development prospects of the Africa region will be complemented by provision of expert, research-based solutions that drive policy and her general development agenda. Adroit Consult International will be at the heart of this transition.
